The Funding Information Portal is a resource for UNC-Chapel Hill faculty, staff, postdoctoral scholars, and graduate students seeking information on funding sources for independent research, collaborative projects, fellowships, program development, and other scholarly activities.

Limited and Nominated Awards and Grants

Limited Submission Awards and Grants are funded through external agencies, to which the University can nominate a limited number of candidates. The Office of Research Development (ORD) provides appropriate support to instructional candidates to ensure that nominations meet eligibility criteria and align with program goals.

University Research Council (URC) Small Grant Program
