The Office of Clinical Trials
- Act as the office of record for all contract documents related to clinical trials
- Track clinical trial projects and contracts
- Negotiate the terms of clinical trial agreements, including Confidentiality Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Amendments and Subcontracts
- Assist with compliance regarding research issues
- Collect data for internal and external uses
- Act as the office of record for all contract documents

Carolina Development
- Coordinates unrestricted giving from individuals, corporations and foundations
- Assists in matching corporate and foundation donors with specific interests with the appropriate campus resources
