Our Mission
The Office of Research Communications conveys the excitement of creativity, the rigors and risks of the quest for new knowledge, and the value and benefits of UNC research to the people of North Carolina and the world. We communicate the impact, scope, and innovation of UNC Research. We help show the significance of research in improving lives in North Carolina and beyond. We demonstrate the ways in which Carolina research shapes knowledge, advances science and technology, and addresses the major problems of the world.
